The check-in was super fast! i got a complimentary upgrade to a better room since it was my anniversary. the bed was SO comfy and soft. I reminded me of i was floating on a cloud. i even received a complimentary cake a few hours before checkout. A VERY sweet surprise! the checkout process was easy too!
the top cover on the bedsheet had a TINY stain, but i just threw it away.

The room was clean and well kept. The linen seemed fresh and new. the air conditioning worked REALLY well. I was actually chilly at night! the bathroom had nice toiletries and fluffy towels.

The breakfast buffet offered a HUGE variety of options. There was something for everyone. the cafe eight staff provided AMAZING service. They greeted everyone with HUGE smiles. fresh ingredients were used in every meal. Very tasty.

I found the staff friendly and considerate. The rooms were clean, and the showers worked well. The breakfast buffet had many excellent options. Even the pork and beans tasted amazing.
The self check-in kiosks did not function correctly. They processed my payment, but failed to dispense room cards or complete the check-in. I think the Club Lounge offerings were poorly labeled. The room check at checkout was time-consuming.

The staff were cheerful. I found the reliable Wi-Fi to be helpful for work. IT support from Luigi was great. He helped me configure my VPN. I will definitely book again when I am in the area.
The room's power outlets blew a fuse right after I entered. I had to wait for an engineer to fix it before I had lights and AC.

The staff, including the lifeguards, are very cordial and helpful. Jeanne and Lovely at the front desk were accommodating. Ruiji, the bellman, provided courteous assistance. They are amazing
